The Conflict Manager is a monthly journal addressing a wide variety of issues of concern to family businesses.

Our prime focus is on managing the inherent conflicts that families face when owning or working together.  The journal speaks to concerns we hear from our colleagues and clients about issues related to managing succession, working together, governance, and general conflict in family businesses

      The chapter examines the deep seated, systemic nature of family business conflict and the complicating factor of the continuing relationships which matter so fundamentally.
