Doug Baumoel
Founder and Principal Consultant of Continuity®, Mr. Baumoel has 25 years of Executive and Operations experience in both family and non-family firms.
Doug received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business, a BS from Cornell University and holds a Certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute.
Doug serves as a Mentor for the FFI Certificate Program and lectures on a variety of family business topics.
The Certificate in Family Business Advising, from the Family Firm Institute (FFI) provides assurance that the
advisor has broad-based knowledge relevant to family businesses. FFI is an international organization based in Boston, MA., providing interdisciplinary education for family business & family wealth advisors, educators and researchers.
